Tuna & Egg Protein-Packed Salad

Our easy-to-make Tuna & Egg Protein-Packed Salad recipe is packed with protein and fresh veggies for a nutritious, satisfying meal that supports your weight loss journey while keeping you energized—enjoy!

Ingredients

4 cup mixed greens
2 cup cucumber, sliced
½ cup green onion, sliced
8 oz. canned tuna, drained
10 cherry tomatoes, halved

4 eggs, hard-boiled & halved
1 tbsp. olive oil
½ tbsp. red wine vinegar
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper

Instructions

1. In a small container, shake the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper together to make the salad dressing until well combined, and then set aside.

2. Place 2 cups of mixed greens, 1 cup of cucumber, ¼ cup of green onion, 4 ounces of tuna, 5 full cherry tomatoes, and 2 hard-boiled eggs in two bowls.

3. Pour half the salad dressing over each bowl and toss everything together.

4. Once the salad is dressed, dig in and enjoy!
