Our delicious, nourishing, and metabolism-boosting Blueberry Power Shake is packed with protein and rich in antioxidants to keep you full and energized all day long—cheers!

Ingredients

1 pkg. VHP Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake
1 cup blueberries
½ cup unsweetened almond milk

3 oz. plain greek yogurt
1 tsp. honey
Handful of ice cubes

Instructions

1. Place the VHP Vanilla Meal Replacement package, blueberries, milk, yogurt, honey, and ice in a blender.

2. Blend the ingredients together until smooth.

3. Once smooth, pour the shake into your glass, cup, or mug of choice, and enjoy!

Tip

Add water to the blender if you'd like your shake less thick without affecting your allotments!
