3. After that time, remove cooked cauliflower rice from the pan, place it in a bowl, and set it aside.
4. Return the pan to heat and add in the remaining vegetable oil.
5. Once the oil is hot, add in the garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 to 2 minutes.
6. Once fragrant, add in the shrimp and let cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Once the shrimp is mostly cooked, add in the hoisin and vinegar, and let cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
8. After that time, add in the cauliflower rice and toss everything together.
9. Once everything is combined, divide the contents into bowls, and dig in!
