1. Preheat oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together brown sugar, honey, water, vegetable oil, cinnamon powder, ginger powder, salt, ground cloves, all spice powder, and nutmeg.
3. Once fully combined, add to a warm small saucepan and bring to a boil.
4. In another large bowl, combine oats, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
5. Once the saucepan is boiling, remove it from the heat, pour the sauce over the oat mixture, and toss everything together.
6. Once everything is tossed together, spread it out on a baking sheet in an even layer, do it in batches if there is crowding, place it in the hot oven, and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
7. Once baked, remove from heat and let cool.
8. Once cool, store in an air-tight container and enjoy a ½ cup at a time!
