1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.

3. After that time, add in chicken broth, vegetable broth, chicken pieces, egg noodles, carrots, oregano, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine.
4. Once everything is combined, turn up the heat and bring the soup to a boil.
5. Once boiling, reduce heat, and let simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
6. After that time remove the soup from the heat, add in the lemon juice, and stir everything together.
7. Once everything is combined and the soup has cooled slightly, serve it up, dig in, and enjoy!
