1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Once water is boiling add pasta and cook according to package instructions.
3. Once the pasta is cooked, set it aside.
4. Once the skillet is hot, add the beef, cooking and breaking apart for 5 to 8 minutes.
5. Once the beef is cooked, remove it from the skillet, and set it aside.
6. Return the skillet to heat and add the butter.
7. Once the butter has melted in the skillet, add in the carrots, celery, and onions, and let cook for 8 to 12 minutes.
8. After that time, add in the garlic, and cook for another 1 to 3 minutes.
9. After that time, add in the cooked beef, can of crushed tomatoes, spices, salt, and pepper, stirring everything together, then covering and cooking for 10 to 15 minutes.
10. After that time, remove the meat sauce from the heat and let it cool.
11. Once the cooked pasta and meat sauce have cooled, divide the contents into 5 air-tight containers, ensuring each container gets 1 ounce of cooked pasta, a fifth of the meat sauce, 1 ounce of fresh mozzarella cheese, and 2 basil leaves.
12. Once all the containers are made, store them in the fridge.
13. When ready to enjoy a serving, heat it up in the microwave for 2 to 5 minutes, and then dig in!
