1. To make a sandwich, take 2 slices of diet bread, spread ½ a tablespoon of fat-free mayonnaise on one slice, then top it with ½ a cup of spinach, then ½ a cup of cucumber slices, 1 ounce of mozzarella slices, and then finish the sandwich by topping it with the last slice of bread.
2. Repeat Step 1 until you have 5 sandwiches made, then place them in 5 separate containers.
3. In each container, add 10 almonds, 1 cup of blueberries, and ½ a cup of carrots, along with the sandwich.
4. Once all the containers are compiled, store them in the fridge, and pull one out when you're ready to enjoy it.
