1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and make room for it in the freezer.
3. In a large bowl, mix together bananas, milk, egg, honey, and vanilla until fully combined.
4. Stir the oats, cinnamon, sugar, baking powder, and salt with the wet mixture.
5. Once the cookie batter is fully combined, spoon it onto the parchment paper, leaving space between each.
6. Once you have a batch of 6 or 12, on the baking sheet, place it in the hot oven to bake for 15 minutes.
7. Once the cookies are baked, remove them from the oven and let them cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
8. Once cooled, dig in and enjoy!
9. Store remaining cookies in an air-tight container in the fridge.
