1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Sauté onions in a pan over medium high heat for about 3 to 5 minutes, until they are soft and fragrant.
3. Once the onions are cooked, add them to a bowl with the ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, sage, and thyme, mixing them together well.
4. Once you have your meatball mixture, it's time to make the mini meatballs, with the help of a teaspoon, roll your mixture into 1-inch individuals balls, and place the meatballs on the baking sheet.
5. Once all your meatballs are ready, should make about 8 to 12 mini meatballs, place them in the hot oven and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping once half way through.
6. Once the meatballs are cooked, remove the from the oven, cover them in the cranberry sauce, then return them to the oven for 5 to 7 minutes, so the sauce can warm up and blend.
7. Then, remove the cranberry glazed meatballs from the oven, let them cool for a couple minutes, serve, and enjoy!
