Veggie, Fruit, Egg, Cheese, & Nut Snack Box

Our delicious, versatile, and balanced Veggie, Fruit, Egg, Cheese, & Nut Snack Box is loaded with protein, healthy fats, and antioxidants for an easy-to-pack meal that will fuel your body wherever you go—enjoy!

Ingredients

5 eggs, hard-boiled & halved
50 almonds
5 cup cucumber, sliced

5 cup blueberries or raspberries
2½ cup cottage cheese

Instructions

1. In 5 small containers, add ½ a cup of cottage cheese.

2. In a larger container, place a small container of cottage cheese, 1 egg, 10 almonds, 1 cup of cucumber, and 1 cup of blueberries or raspberries; we recommend using a container with separate compartments.

3. Repeat Step 2 with 4 other containers.

4. Once all containers are made, store them in the fridge for up to 6 days.

5. When ready to enjoy a snack box, remove it from the fridge and dig in however you want, either enjoying everything separately or combining a few of the ingredients to make it a creamy, crunchy bowl.

Tip

To add a little crunch to the snack box, sprinkle ½ a cup of sesame seeds on a serving, which would add ½ a Fat to the allotments.
