Ingredients

1 10 oz. lobster tail
1 oz. spaghetti
3 garlic cloves, crushed
½ tbsp. red pepper flakes
½ tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 tsp. garlic, minced

2 tsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven on broil to 500℉, line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and bring salted water to boil in a large pot.

2. Then, butterfly the lobster tail by cutting down the center of the back all the way to the tail and pulling the meat upward so it's exposed, but still attached.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and a pinch of salt.

4. Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture, then place the lobster tail in the oven, and broil for 8 to 10 minutes.

5. Once the salted water is boiling, add the pasta and cook based on package instructions.

6. While the pasta cooks and the lobster boils, heat olive oil over medium heat in a large pan.

7. Once hot add the crushed garlic, and let cook for 1 minute before adding the red pepper flakes, parsley, and 2 tablespoons of pasta water to simmer.

8. Once the pasta is cooked, strain it, and then add it to the large pan with the sauce, tossing it together gently.

9. Once the lobster is cooked, remove it from the oven and its shell, chop it up, and add it to the pasta, tossing everything together.

10. Once the pasta is warm and well combined, dig in, and enjoy it!
