1. Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Mix the sugar, cracker crumbs, peanut butter, and butter together in a large bowl.
3. Once combined, press it into the bottom of the lined baking pan.
4. Then, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or on the stove.
5. Once the chocolate is fully melted, pour it over the peanut butter, spread it into an even layer, and sprinkle it with a little salt.
6. Once everything is combined, place it in the fridge, and let it chill for 2 to 3 hours.
7. After that time remove it from the fridge, let it warm up for about 10 to 15 minutes, and then cut it into bars.
8. Once the bars are cut, dig into one and enjoy, or store them in an air-tight container for up to a week in the fridge or in freezer-safe bags for up to 3 months in the freezer.
