Protein-Packed 1 Pot Pasta

Our simple, balanced, and nutritious Protein-Packed 1 Pot Pasta is packed with lean protein, fiber, antioxidants, and flavour to support muscle health, digestion, and overall wellness—all in just one pot—enjoy!

Ingredients

20 oz. marinara sauce (600 ml jar)
16 oz. ground turkey
8 oz. whole wheat spaghetti, uncooked

4 cup water
4 oz. parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

1. Heat a large pot over medium-high heat.

2. Once hot, add the ground turkey and let it cook for 6 to 8 minutes, until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

3. Once cooked, add the marinara sauce to the pot, along with 3 cups of water, stirring together to combine.

4. Once the meat sauce is combined, add the pasta and bring the pot to a simmer, cooking for 12 to 16 minutes, stirring often.

5. After that time, check the pasta to see if it's done; if it needs more time, add another cup of water and cook for another 8 to 12 minutes, stirring and checking "cookedness" regularly.

6. Once the pasta is cooked to your liking, divide it into pasta bowls, top it with 1 ounce of parmesan per serving, and enjoy!

Tip

Add some chopped fresh basil to your dish as a garnish to make it look pretty and add a little extra flavour, without affecting your allotments!
