Our Gingerbread Protein Shake is the perfect post-holiday-workout meal that's packed with protein, potassium, festive spices, and natural sweetness for a refreshing, weight-loss-friendly treat—enjoy!

Ingredients

1 pkg. VHP Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 medium banana (236 g)
1 tsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract

½ tsp. cinnamon powder
½ tsp. ginger powder
¼ tsp. nutmeg powder
Handful of ice

Instructions

1. Place the VHP Vanilla Meal Replacement package, milk, banana, syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and ice in a blender.

2. Blend the ingredients together until smooth.

3. Once smooth, pour the shake into your glass, cup, or mug of choice, and enjoy!
