Ingredients

4 pkgs. VHP Chocolate Meal Replacement
2 medium bananas
4 tsp. vanilla extract

32 oz. water
32 oz. milk (1% or skim)

Instructions

1. Place the VHP Chocolate Meal Replacement packages, bananas, vanilla extract, water, and milk in a blender.

2. Blend the ingredients together until smooth.

3. Once smooth, pour the shake into your glass, cup, or mug of choice and enjoy!
