1. Preheat oven to 350ᵒF and lightly coat a baking dish with non-fat cooking spray.
2. Place banana slices on the bottom of the greased baking dish.
3. Spread the vanilla pudding over top of the banana slices, then sprinkle with cinnamon and 1 package of sweetener.
4. Whip egg whites together in a chilled metal bowl with the remaining sweetener package.
5. Once the egg whites are fluffy, pour sweetened egg whites over the spiced pudding, then put the baking dish in the hot oven for 5 to 7 minutes.
6. Once the top is of the delight golden brown, remove the dish from the oven, serve, and enjoy!
