1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Blend eggs, egg whites, sweeteners, and vanilla extract in a blender.
3. Then, gradually add cottage cheese to the blender and mix together until the consistency is very smooth.
4. Pour the creamy smooth mixture into a non-stick pan and top with cinnamon.
5. Place pan in the oven and bake for 45 minutes or until firm.
6. Once the time is up, turn off the oven but leave cheesecake in it for one hour with the door open.
7. After an hour, place the cheesecake in the fridge to chill overnight.
8. Once chilled, top the cheesecake with crushed and whole strawberries before serving.
