Simple & Easy Pumpkin Pie

Our Simple & Easy Pumpkin Pie Recipe makes the ultimate fall dessert that features all the classic pumpkin pie flavours — enjoy!

Ingredients

1 9-inch pie crust
15 oz. pumpkin puree
1¼ cup almond milk

¾ cup maple syrup
1 tbsp. arrowroot powder
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare pie crust.

2. Place all other ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until fully combined.

3. Then take a hand mixer or blender to mix everything together, until smooth and creamy.

4. Once fully blended, bright it to a bubble, and then remove it from heat.

5. Once cooled slightly, pour the mixture into the pie crust and then place the pie in the oven to bake for 40 to 45 minutes.

6. Once baked, remove from heat, and let cool completely before refrigerating it for at least an hour.

7. Once chilled, serve, and enjoy!
