1 pkg. VHP Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake
1 cup milk
¼ tsp. cinnamon powder

¼ tsp. vanilla extract
6 ice cubes

Instructions

1. Place the VHP Vanilla Meal Replacement package, milk, cinnamon powder, vanilla extract, and ice cubes in a blender.

2. Blend the ingredients together until smooth.
