During this phase, you’ll also switch from using weight loss supplements to maintenance supplements. If you've been following one of our Weight Loss Plans, you'll be used to the lower-calorie allotments that helped you shed pounds. However, once you've reached your goal weight, it’s important to increase your food intake to a maintenance level. If you continue eating at your weight-loss allotments, you'll continue losing weight, which isn’t sustainable or healthy in the long run.

By adding more food gradually, you’ll teach your body how to maintain your weight while ensuring you’re getting the necessary nutrients for a healthy lifestyle.
