1. Preheat oven to 375°F and microwave spinach to thaw it.
2. While the oven heats, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, half the shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a food processor or blender until smooth.
3. Once the spinach is thawed, use a piece of paper towel to squeeze out any access water.
4. Transfer the smooth dip to an oven-safe ramekin, and stir in the thawed spinach, jalapeño, and pepper chunks.
5. Once the dip is prepped, top it with the other half of the shredded cheese, and then place it in the oven, once it's hot, to bake for 10 minutes until the edges get bubbly.
6. Once baked and bubbly, remove the ramekin from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then enjoy the dip with some naan!
