3. Once smooth, stir in the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, spices, and salt.
4. Once smooth and thick, set the dough aside to let rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
5. After that time, roll the dough into little golf ball sizes, place on the lined baking sheet, flatten with hand, fork, or spatula, and make sure they aren't touching.
6. When the oven is hot and the dough is ready, place the baking sheet in the oven for 8 to 12 minutes.
7. After that time, remove the cookies from the oven, and place them on a wire rack to cool.
8. Repeat steps 5 to 7 until all cookies are made.
9. Once all cookies are made, serve and enjoy or store in an air-tight container for 5 to 7 days.
