1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and cooking spray.
2. Pat the chicken wings dry and place them in a large bowl.
3. Drizzle the wings with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Toss wings together till they are evenly seasoned.
5. When the oven is hot and the wings are seasoned, place them on the baking sheet so they are not touching.
6. Then, place the baking sheet in the oven and cook for 40 to 45 minutes.
7. After that time, flip the wings, and put the oven on broil for 4 to 6 minutes.
