1. Preheat the grill to medium heat and pat the shrimp dry with a piece of paper towel.
2. While the grill heats, toss the dried shrimp, olive oil, and taco seasoning together in a bowl until the shrimp is evenly seasoned.
3. Thread the seasoned shrimp onto skewers, wood or metal, and then set aside until the grill is hot.
4. Once the grill is hot, cook the shrimp for approximately 2 minutes per side.
5. Once cooked, remove the shrimp from the grill and start assembling the tacos.
6. Divide the cabbage, avocado, red onion, cilantro, and then shrimp between the tacos.
7. Squirt the assembled tacos with some lime juice, top with some cilantro, then serve, and enjoy!
