Ingredients

4½ lbs. pork loin ribs (baby back ribs)
6 garlic cloves, peeled & whole
1½ cup onion, peeled & chopped
1½ cup bbq sauce
1½ cup water
1 tbsp. garlic powder

1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F and remove the membrane from the bottom side of the ribs.

2. In a small bowl, mix spices together and then rub them on the ribs.

3. Place coated ribs in a baking dish or roasting pan with the onions and garlic scattered over and around them.

4. Then, pour the water over the ribs and cover the dish or pan in foil.

5. Place the covered ribs in the oven and bake for 3 hours.

6. After that time, preheat the grill to 400°F, remove the ribs from the oven, and toss the garlic, onions, and juices.

7. Place the ribs on the hot grill, meaty side up, and then slather in BBQ sauce.

8. Grill the ribs that way for 5 to 7 minutes, and then flip, slather, and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes.

9. After that time, remove from the grill and wrap in aluminum foil or parchment paper to rest for 5 to 10 minutes.

10. After that time, unwrap ribs, serve, and enjoy!
