Ingredients

1 cup wild rice
1 medium apple, sliced
1 cup cubed cantaloupe
1 cup seedless grapes
¼ cup raisins
2 pkg. artificial sweetener
¼ tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
¼ tsp. Flavo-Magic™
 
 
Cook rice. Allow to cool, then mix with remaining ingredients. Chill before serving.

Serves four.
One serving equals 1 fruit, 2 starch, ½ free exchange.
