I've lost, uh, 70 pounds total, and, uh, I've gone from a size 44 to a size 34 pant, and I feel great about it.
I've always enjoyed coaching and, um, being involved in hockey, skating, and that sort of thing. And, um, I found I was starting to find it difficult to, to even do laps. It was even getting to the point where, uh, with my weight issues I had troubles, uh, tying my skates, and being out of breath.
I wanted to set the example that I could actually do this, um, for myself as well as, uh, the players on the team. I felt that it was important for them to, uh, have a role model, and the fact that if I could do it, they could maybe play better.
After losing the, uh, the weight with the Herbal Magic system, I'm going around the, the, the laps of the ice, and I don't have a problem at all. I come off the ice and feel great. I could probably do laps all night if I wanted to.
